I'd definitely recommend SERE Motors Lisburn because of the attitude displayed by Sales Executive Andrew Matthews. From the very first contact with Andrew he guided my wife and I through the various stock options, helped us pick the correct vehicle for us, explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. Andrew was very efficient and professional dealing with any queries or issues that we had right up until car collection day and beyond. I have to specifically praise Andrews proactive attitude as when he understood what we wanted he went out of his way to make this happen for us. No questions or queries caused Andrew a problem. Genuinely couldn't recommend Andrew at SERE Lisburn enough.
The experience at SERE Motors Lisburn was great because Andrew was a true professional. Not overbearing, but very helpful, also had a vast knowledge of the 3 vehicles I test drove. I also think he went the extra mile for me. There was an issue with a dent repair and touch up, that in my opinion wasn't done very well. Andrew and I had a discussion which he has chased up and hopefully this has resulted in it being put to bed. It was the only blip in my purchase. I would definitely consider SERE for my next purchase and would be delighted if Andrew would be my sales advisor in the future. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

I had a great experience at SERE Motors Lisburn. Was sold car by a knowledgeable young man, Jack Keenan, he kept me updated about collection and after sales. No pushy sales pitch like some garages. I would definitely buy from here again
